Ingredients:
Beetroot - 2

Method:
Grate the raw beetroot and mix it with chopped onion, green chillies and salt. Put the mixure in a bowl and add curds to it.

Vegetable Cutlet |

| Beans -100 gms (finely chopped and cooked) Potato - 250 gms (boiled and mashed) Carrot - 100 gms (finely chopped and cooked) Peas - 100 gms (boiled and mashed) Cauliflower - 1/4th of flower (cooked) Masala
Onion - 1 chopped

In a pan, pour 2 tbps oil, fry onion, chillies,
ginger garlic paste.
Add garam masala pdr, chilli pdr, dhania pdr,turmeric pdr, salt Add cooked vegetables and mix it well. Add coriander leaves, keep the mixture till cool. Take the mixture and make a ball and pat it a little or make any shape required and dip it in Egg white or diluted cornflour and roll it on bread crumbs and fry it on tawa. apply oil or ghee after each turnover. Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce. Note: If the vegetable dough is not thick add little cornflour to avoid breakage of cutlets while frying. Happy cooking!!! |
