Ingredients:
1.Spinach 7cups
2.Paneer or cottage cheese 250gms
3.Milk 1/4cup
4.Green chillis 5
5.Salt 1/2tsp
6.Turmeric 1/4tsp
7.Ground corriander 1/2tsp
8.Cilantro(corriander) to garnish
9.Onion finely minced 1 small
10.Oil

Method:
In a pressure cooker or stockpot boil spinach, green chillis until the
leaves become smooth. Let it cool.
Now in a wok heat oil. Cut paneer into bite size cubes and fry
them in the oil.And let them drain on a paper towel.
Now grind the cooked spinach and chillis until
you get a sauce kind of texture. While grinding add milk, salt, turmeric and corriander powder.
Heat a medium sized stock pot and add 2 tsp oil. Add the finely minced onion.
Add the spinach sauce to the fried onions.Cook for 5min and add fried paneer pices.
Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with nan.
