The dish I would like to share with you all today is simple and easy and extremely delicious. It is one of my personal favourites.

Ingredients:
Coconut Milk - 1 can
Masala: krambu

Method:
First wash and soak the rice for 5-8 minutes. Take a pressure pan and pour cooking oil and put the whole masala for seasoning. Then add the thing long slices of onions and fry well. Once the onions are translucent add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell disappears. Now add the peas and keep stirring. Add the rice, coconut milk and the require amount of water. Then add salt and garnish with cilantro leaves and mint leaves. Cover the cooker and keep for 2 whistles. You can also make it in the rice cooker, which comes out just fine. Open the cooker and the rice is ready to be served.
