Ingredients:
1 cup basmati rice
1-2 cups long thinly chopped vegetables
(Beans,Cabbage,Spring onions,Onions, Carrots,Capsicum)
2 tsp oil
2 tsp soya sauce
1-2 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste.

Method:
Cook rice by adding sufficient water and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the long thinly cut vegetables and fry them till
they are well cooked (Approximately 10-15 mins). After the vegetables
are cooked add soya sauce,pepper powder,salt to taste.
Sim the heat and mix well.Remove from heat and add the cooked rice and serve hot.
Tastes good when served with tomato sauce.
Add more quantity of long thinly cut cabbage.
