Ingredients:
Mustard - 1 tsp

Method:
Pour oil in a kadai, add mustard & methi seeds, when it splits add medium size chopped onion, garlic & red chillies. Wait till it turns brown and add curry leaves, tamrind juice, turmeric powder, salt & sugar.Cook it for 5 mns and stir well. Get it down from the fire. Now mix this mixture with the cooked rice to the required consistency and the dish is ready.
