Ingredients:
Basmati Rice/long grain rice-2cups
Oil-4tsps
Pudina-1 cup
Cilantro-1/2 cup
Green Chillies-3-4
Onion- 1 med size
Cut Vegetables-carrots,Beans,Potato,Peas.
Ginger 1/2 inch
Garlic-2-3 flakes
Cinnamon-1 inch
Clove-2nos
Salt to taste.

Method:
1.Make a fine paste of Pudina,cilantro,cloves
cinnamon,garlic, ginger and green chilly.Keep it aside.
2.Take a cooker add oil with onions , saute it till transparent.
3.Add all the vegetables and saute for 3-4 min.
4.Add the Pudina paste made previously into the vegetables .
4.Now introduce Rice into the same cooker,add required amount of water
,salt and cook on medium for 12-15 min ,closing the lid but do not keep
the weight.
Serve hot with Raita.
