Sabbasige anna by Usha Ramachandra

Ingredients:

oil - 1 sp
ghee - 1sp
mustard seeds -1/4 tsp or a little
red dry chillies - 3[broke into half]
cashews - 8-10
cinamon, clove powder - 2 pinches
pepper powder - as per taste[if u want more spicy u can add more]
salt - as per taste
sapsige leaves [dill leaves] - a handful[wash & chopped]
1 cup rice - cook & keep aside


Method:

1. Take a kadai,heat oil & ghee,add mustard seeds,red chillies,cashews fry till golden brown.
2. Add cina-clove powder, pepper powder, fry for a few seconds then add chopped sapsige leaves, fry till it fully cooked,add salt.
3. Atlast mix everything to the cooked rice, add the salt as per taste.
note; if u like extra taste u can add extra ghee & pepper powder, if u need curry leaves u can add.
