Avocado Sandwich - by K.N.Lalithamba

Ingredients:

Bread 1pound
Bell Pepper red green yellow 1 of each
Eggplant big 1
Avocado big 1
Tomato big 1
Onion big 1
Jalapeno 4
Lettuce 6 leaves
Red chilli powder 1 tps
Pepper & Salt for taste







Method:

Slice the eggplant, roast on pan [both sides] with oil, red chilli powder and salt. Slice all other vegetables except lettuce. Toast the bread and fill in layers.

Tips : If avocado is not black boil it for few minutes.
