Ingredients:
1. Mamra(puffed rice or kadle puri)----- 6 cups
2. 1 medium onion finely chopped
3. 1 medium carrot grated
4. 1 Tomato deseeded and chopped into fine pieces
5. 2 slices of pineapple chopped into fine pieces
6. 1/4 cup Red Pomegranate seeds(use the seedless variety)
7. 10 seedless grapes(use small size, any colour will do)
8. 1/4 Apple chopped into fine pieces
9. Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
10. Green Chilli paste 1 tsp
11. Sweet tamarind date chutney 1 tbsp
12. 1 TBSP finely chopped coriander(cilantro)
leaves
13. Roasted Peanuts 1 tbsp
14. Salt according to taste
15. Peanut or any vegetable oil 1 tsp
16. Lime Juice 1 tsp

Method:
1. Take the mamra in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it on
high power for 30 seconds(this will help to keep the mamra very crisp)
2. In another bowl mix all the remaining ingredients.
3. Mix the mamra and serve immediately
