Ingredients:

Dry Avalakki - 2cups,
Chilly powder - 2tsp,
Jaggery - 1tsp,
Tamarid - lemon size,
Grated coconut -1tbsp.

For seasoning:

Oil,
Mustard seeds,
Bengal gram dhal,
Curry leaves,
Asefotedia,
Ground nuts

Method:

In tamarid extract water, add chilly powder, jagerry, salt and mix well. Add dry avalakki to this and leave it for 15min. To this add coconut, when the tamarid water is completely absorbed and becomes dry and mix well.

Then in a pan add oil, mustard, bengal gram dhal, asefotedia, dry chilly, curry leaves, ground nuts and fry slightly.

Switch of the stove and add this mixture and mix well.
