Ingredients:
Yellow chinese noodles -1 pack

Method:
Add some oil to kadai. Add in the grinded chilli & tomatoes and saute. Add some salt and grinded ginger & garlic paste. Add the bean sprouts, cauliflower and add 1/2 cup of water and leave it until cooked. Add the noodles and pour some black soy ketchup and stir. Add red chillies. Take out when the mix is dry and serve while hot with some chilli sauce.
