Vegetable Roti - by Chinmayee

Ingredients:

Carrot 1
Tomato 1/2
Spinach 1/2 bunch
Cabbage 1/4 th
Kohlrabi(Naul Kol) 1/2
Coriander leaves
Onions 1/2
Rice Flour or Maida Flour 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp




Method:

Grate carrot and kohlrabi. Cut all other vegetables into small pieces..

Mix these vegetables with the rice flour or maida flour. Add turmeric and salt. Try to prepare  soft dough without adding much water(because vegetables will have water).

Take tawa, pat rotis directly on it or roll out rotis. Smear oil both sides and cook till it becomes brown.

Serve with any chutney or simply with chutney pudi and butter.
