Coconut Laddoo by Archana Hegde

Ingredients:

Coconut Powder- 3 and 1/2 cups
Sweetened condensed milk -1 small tin

Method:

Heat coconut powder and sweetened condensed milk in a nonstick pan on a low flame for 4-5 minutes.

Make small laddoos out of the mixture and roll it in coconut powder. Laddoos are ready.

Keep refrigerated and serve chilled.
