Godhi Shira by Nagashree Hegde

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 2cups,
Ghee - 1 cup,
Sugar 1 1/2 cup
Cashewnuts
Raisins
Cardomom powder(1/2 spoon)
Water 2 cups
Pinch of salt

Method:

Fry wheat flour in ghee on medium heat till the wheat flour turns dak brown in colour and till you get a good smell.

Meanwhile fry cashewnuts and dry grapes in ghee. Keep water for boiling with sugar. Also add cardomom powder, pinch of salt and add the cashewnuts and grapes that was fried.

Once the water starts boiling add the wheat flour that was fried. Keep stiring to avoid lumps and stop stiring once whaetflour stops sticking to the pan.Godi sheera is ready to be served.
