Bread Bhaji

This recipe comes from Pooja Gundlur,Bangalore,Karnataka,

Ingredients:

4 slices of Bread
1 cup of Besan Flour
1 spoon Chilli Powder
1/4 spoon Coriander Powder
Oil for frying
Salt To taste

Method:

1.If you like onion then you can add half onion for taste.
2.Make paste of the besan flour by adding water along with salt, chilli powder and coriander powder or leaves for taste.
3.Cut the bread slices into 4 pieces and dip them in the besan mixture (made in step2) and deep fry in oil.
4.Serve them hot with any green chutney.
