Ingredients:
Maida - 1 cup

Method:
Mix all the above ingredients and leave the dough for 1/2 hour. You can either roll it with a rolling pin or pat it in hand into a shape of small puris and deep fry them as frying is done for ordinary vada until golden brown. Sambar or any spicy chutney will be good accompaniment to this.
