Ingredients:
Fresh spinach -4bunches (washed and chopped),

Method:
Heat oil and lightly fry cumin seeds. Add crushed green chilli, garlic, onion bits. Fry for 2 minutes. Add palak(spinach) stir it for 1 more minute. Add dhania powder, salt, garam masala and rice flour. Stir continuously, till spinach fried and gets good flavour. After spinach cooked, remove from the heat and let it cool. Separate all pastry sheets and let them become to room temperature.Take pastry sheet approx.15cm(approx 6inches) roll with rolling pin and fill with cooled spinach mixture and roll it as a mat(tightly). Brush with beaten egg over that roll and sprinkle some sesame seeds or poppy seeds. prepare all those sheets with same process. Start oven 200c and place them on a baking tray and bake them (in the middle of the oven) up to 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
