My Journey

 Swami Vivekananda

"Arise, Awake, Stop not till the goal is reached."

"We are ever free if we would believe it, only have faith enough. You are the soul, free and eternal, ever free, ever blessed. Have faith enough and you will be free in a minute. Everything in time, space, and causation is bound. The soul is beyond all time, all space, all causation. That which is bound is nature, not the soul." More...

Yoga is a continuous practice.  It is  method of training to achieve new levels of consciousness. It is an experience, which cannot be explained, only can be experienced. Yoga is like ocean, there is so much to learn, know and practice. Only few people can experience the ultimate bliss or ananda or the Samadhi stage. Swami Vivekananda was one such great Rajayogi.

My yoga journey began ten years back. It changed my life in many ways. I am not the same person as I was before learning Yoga. It changed my attitude towards life and towards people. I am always grateful to the people who showed me this yoga path in my life. That training became my foundation for Yoga Journey. Since then, I have been practicing, reading and trying to know more about yoga. I am just mere a drop in the ocean of Yoga. There is more to learn and grow. Teacher only teaches how to do, but as a student it is on us to grow.

All of us want happiness in our life. For some people happiness means money, for others health and so on. It all depends on our desire and the way of thinking. This quest for happiness goes on endlessly, because we are searching for the outside thing which we never able to get. The real happiness is the joy of the soul, which can be attained through Yoga. Yoga changes our life in many aspects. It brings inner beauty, self-confidence, patience, love and positive thinking along with physical fitness.

It is a journey towards happiness.......
